Dare I say I think this is one of your best! (out of so many great works)
As claimed by Stanford Medical, It's really the SINGLE reason this country's women live 10 years longer and weigh on average 19 KG lighter than we do.
(And by the way, it is not related to genetics or some hard exercise and absolutely EVERYTHING around "HOW" they are eating.)
